Detox

We live in a toxic world: air, water, soaps, fumes...Toxins build up in our bodies. A cleanse helps your body eliminate waste and toxins, helping you feel more energetic and improving your sense of well-being.

RESPIRATORY SYSTEM

Think you can survive without a healthy respiratory system? Don't hold your breath.

Air. Without it, nothing else matters. The respiratory system keeps us breathing. It supplies blood with oxygen and expels carbon dioxide (waste gas). This system includes the sinuses, trachea, bronchi, bronchioles, allveoli (air sacs) and lungs. These organs and parts often suffer during times of immune system compromise or at seasonal changes. Smoking, allergies, pollution, asthma and the common cold are the most common causes of respiratory distress.

URINARY SYSTEM

Your kidney filter and purify the blood. Each one has about one million microscipic filters called nephrons that absorb nutrients and then eliminate waste and toxins as blood circulates through the kidneys. The kidneys work constantly to hep balance dody fluids and minerals. Urinary system problems can range from incontinence to infections to painful stones to kidney failure, requiring transplant or dialysis.

Weight Management

How to achieve and maintain a healthy weight-emphasis on the word "healthy." A simple, yet brilliant weight-management plan.

IMMUNE SYSTEM

The best offense is a good defense. Actually, the best defense is a good defense, too.

Protecting the body from germs requires an army of defenders. The immune system includes lymph nodes, antibodies, and specialized white blood cells that work non-stop to fend off attacking microorganisms. Lymph nodes produce immune cells that defend the body. Lymph fluid passes through the nodes and flushes out the invaders and destroys them. Fresh immune cells are then circulated throughout the body and sent where they are needed most via lymph vessels. Stress, diet, sleep (or lack thereof), hydration, attitude, exercise and environment all affect immune system health.

Digestive System

They say you are what you eat. Actually, you are what you absorb.
Digesstion is the process of breaking down, sorting and re-processing food-from carbohydrates, proteins and fats-to create energy and nourish the body's cells. Enzymes speed up the chemical reactions that break down food. Digestive system weakenesses can result from things like digesting food too fast or too slowly, a lack of enzymes and probiotics or a lack of hydrochloric acid in the stomach.

HEPATIC SYSTEM

Treat your liver well and it'll return the favor.
The liver plays vital roles in digestion, metabolism and the elimination of toxins. It helps break down fats ( produces bile), stores and process nutrients, makes cholesterol, breaks down metabolic waste and toxins for elimination, and filters the blood. Proper cleansing and nutritional support of the liver can lead to greater energy, better color, overall happiness and a more brillant life.

INTESTINAL SYSTEM

Processed foods, sugar, Polution. Pollution Like the colon doesn't have hard enough job already.
The colon, also called the bowel or large intestine, is 5 to 6 feet long. It's job is to pull water from waste material it houses and send it back to the bloodstream while the waste along the path toward evacuation. Sugar, chemicals, medicines, refined foods (white flour, white rice and pasta, etc.), pollution and other environmental toxins impact colon health and function.

CIRCULATORY SYSTEM

If you think clogging plumbing is a pain, try clogged blood vessels

Your circulatory system beings with the heart, but it certaianly doesn't end there. This amazing micro super-highway-60,000 miles of blood vessels-carries oxygen and other nutrients to every cell and takes waste products to the lungs for removal. It's a delicate system that can be abused through obesity and diet. Fortunately, it's never too late the take steps to strengthen and restore it.

NERVOUS SYSTEM

Brilliance is one percent inspiration and 99 percent taking care of your nervous system.

The nervous system-make up of the brain, the spinal cord and billions of nerve cells-does a lot more than just control thinking and movement. It gets us ready for activity, including fight or flight situatiins, remembers (or forgets), handles stress, regulates appetite and mood, and  when it's healthy, helps us relax.

GLANDULAR SYSTEM

A thermostat maintains balance in a building. Glands do the same thing for your body

This specialized communication network controls a myraid of bodily functions, including sleep, growth, sexual development, metabolism, tissue repair and more. Glands can become weakened by stress, a poor diet, chemicals around us and other factors. Such weakness can manifest as low energy, low libido, blood- sugar imbalance, etc.

STRUCTURAL SYSTEM

A healthy structural system. It's what separates energetic, active people from jellyfish.

This system is the body's supportive framework and includes bones, marrow, tendons, ligaments, joints, cartilage and muscles. In addition to support, bones help protect vital orgrans, house marrow and store minerals. Joints need proper nutrition for health and function. Without proper nutrients and care, joint pain and degeneration can occur.

TAKE CARE OF YOUR SYSTEMS, IT WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU.
